We'll gather in the mornings for breathwork, journaling, yoga asana, and meditation.

Immerse yourself in local culture and learn about its history, architecture, and cuisine.

Elena is from Andalusia herself! Hike the local trails, enjoy local cuisine, and have the opportunity to experience local festivals.

❋ Relaxing Evenings

End the day with a relaxation practice such as Restorative Yoga or Yoga Nidra, integrate, and sit together in a sharing circle.

As you explore the ancient practices of Ayurveda, enhance your health and well-being by focusing on five principles of health: nutrition, movement, emotional well-being, meditation, and rest.

Not only will you learn about Ayurveda, but you'll also integrate its ancient teachings by creating your own Ayurvedic daily routine, or dinacharya—the benefits extending beyond your time on retreat.

At Finca "El Moro", stay in a traditional stone cottage (all cottages squipt with a kitchen, outdoor space and swimming pool!)

This family-run retreat center offers a warm, welcoming environment set within a secluded landscape, ideal for unwinding and reconnecting with yourself away from the bustle of daily life.
