Not only will you learn about Ayurveda, but you'll also integrate its ancient teachings by creating your own Ayurvedic daily routine, or dinacharya—the benefits extending beyond your time on retreat.
At Finca "El Moro", stay in a traditional stone cottage (all cottages squipt with a kitchen, outdoor space and swimming pool!)
