A 10-Night Women’s Pilgrimage through the Dolomites

Hike along the best + most majestic parts of the Alta Via 1

Wake up among the alpine mountains, lace up your hiking boots, load up on Italian coffee and breakfast, and head out on an adventure with your squad of strangers that now feel like family.

Each day you’ll hike along parts of the Alta Via 1 and marvel at stunning views of the Italian Dolomites. Every few hours of hiking completely transforms the landscape around you: from a dramatic mix of sheer limestone rock towers, vast green high-alpine plateaus, emerald lakes, and jagged mountain ridges that glow pink and orange at sunset.

Each day consists of 5-10 miles of hiking (don’t worry, we put the big days at the start!) We’ll move a our own pace, taking the time to snack, soak in the rad views, and connect to nature.

By afternoon, we’ll arrive at our Rifugio for the evening, for a shower and maybe a wash of our socks!

Enjoy a gentle yoga class + sound baths outside on the grass, relax, read, or enjoy a sweet ceremony.

Indulge in a dinner that slaps as hard as a sandwhich does camping, where you’ll relax with your tribe of women or even meet new friends.

Rifugios are shared rustic Italian high-altitude mountain huts. Located along the Alta Via 1 these rustic stone or wooden lodges provide food, drinks, and shelter for hikers. This allows us to trek from peak-to-peak without carrying too much gear.

While accommodation is shared you will only ever be sharing a room with members of our group!

We do have a surprise A-frame stay along the way:)

Experience special workshops on Female Archetypes, Human Design, Inner Child and Self-Love.

The STARS you’ll witness, the unbelievable views, the lack of wifi, watching the sunset each day, and gentle time for a card game or journaling are beautiful benefits of slow travel, a mini-pilgrimage—you might just hear your soul again.

End it all with a full day in Alleghe to get a massage, sleep in, have one last yoga class + closing ceremony and tie a bow on the challenging, magical, insane journey you just went on.

We took care of the planning, organizing, and nitty-gritty details, so you don’t have too!

A pilgrimage liberates the individual from the structural constraints of everyday life and opens a space for spiritual transformation. ~Victor Turner
