Elizabeth Jane “ EJ” (E-RYT 500, Certified Sound Healer and Breathwork Facilitator) creates a safe, nurturing space that allows for a bit of magic, inner healing, and moments to touch the divine within us. She has served as lead teacher for multiple 200hr Yoga Teacher Trainings around the world from India, to Malta, to Indonesia, to Mexico. She also leads Sound Healing Certification Courses in Breckenridge, Colorado. To her, these ancient tools serve as profound medicine that help us return to our inquisitive, joyful, natural Self. She has been studying, practicing, and sharing yoga all over the world for over 11 years.

Michele is an Acupuncturist and practitioner of Oriental Medicine including Traditional Chinese Medicine. She is also a STOTT Certified Pilates Instructor and has been in the health and wellness field for over 20 years now.
She is passionate about working with women and helping them FEEL amazing in their own skin and all that encompasses. From skincare (including micro and nano-needling) to fertility to autoimmune programs to embodiment practices to back pain relief, Michele offers a wide spectrum of services incorporating TCM, Cosmetic Acupuncture, Functional Medicine, Pilates, stretch therapy and functional movement.
Michele is ecstatic to guide you through your own personal Goddess Reclamation. Michele’s life work is illuminating what’s in the way from you walking your highest timeline.

Xinalani is an eco-retreat. This means that during your stay, you'll mostly be off the grid. Don't worry—it's a blessing in disguise.
Xinalani is akin to living outdoors for a week (in comfy rooms!). The resort is dark at night, so bring a flashlight.
Open-air rooms having a lockable door and three walls. The terrace remains open to the jungle surroundings though it does have curtains.
About Xinalani
Xinalani is accessible only by boat.
Xinalani offers a remote island experience with relaxation at the resort and exciting excursions, but limited amenities like Starbucks or malls.
There is a charming fisherman village close by called Quimixto,where their staff resides. It’s cobblestone streets, donkeys, and friendly villagers make it an inviting place to visit.
While the locals take pride in their traditions and occasionally have lively nighttime celebrations, they’re working on ensuring consideration for others. Noise-cancelling airpods or headphones are recommended for those seeking tranquility.

Please schedule flights to arrive in Puerto Vallarta before 4:00 pm
After landing at Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR), take a moment to change into comfortable clothes for your trip to Xinalani.
You’ll be joining us by boat, so expect to get wet up to your knees when stepping off the boat and onto our beach.
We suggest wearing shorts, sandals, and sunscreen. We also recommend safeguarding your cell phone and valuables in a waterproof dry bag.
A bell hop will take your luggage to your room!
