This small rustic-chic boutique hotel is set inside ancient caves with a terrace with panoramic views of Cappadocia’s fairy chimneys + hundreds of hot air ballons at sunrise (and the perfect spot for yoga, breathwork + sound healings).

The Koza Cave Hotel was restored using reclaimed stone, iron, and wood building materials. Each unique room is decorated with travertine tiles, antiques, hand-carved furnishings, Turkish rugs and rich textiles.

Koza Cave Hotel is family-run and eco-friendly. At sunrise, the rooftop is for guests only—enjoy the infamous view all to yourselves.

  • Elizabeth "EJ" Brumfield

    EJ (E-RYT 500, Co-Founder of Sun + Soul, Certified Sound Healer + Somatic Breathwork Facilitator) creates a safe, nurturing space that allows for a bit of magic, inner healing, and moments to touch the divine within. She has served as lead teacher for multiple 200hr Yoga Teacher Trainings from India, to Malta, to Indonesia, to Mexico. To her, these ancient tools serve as profound medicine that help us return to our inquisitive, joyful, natural Self. She has been sharing yoga, meditation, breathwork and retreats all over the world for over 11 years.

  • This powerful 2-part circular breath is a profoundly powerful ceremony that helps to accelerate healing, vibrational upliftment, shed limiting beliefs, connect one to the divine, find peace, emotional release, and spiritual growth. Expect to breath for 30-40 minutes with tribal music, rattles, and drums to encourage a more lucid state.

    Each ceremony ends with plenty of time to process, integrate and shift into the new you.

  • Yes! This retreat is capped at 11 women.

  • Yes! We will be doing a lot of energy work, vibrational healing, and potent meditations. These ceremonies are more potent when the body is sober.
